The sister restaurant of Le Vin qui Chante over in the Opera area of Paris is a well loved establishment by both locals and visitors to the city. The wine ranges from small unknowns to the exceptional with over 100 French references to choose from. As for the food, chef Thibault Kapeluche composes excellent seasonal menus which are based upon traditional French cooking but with a few innovative touches here and there with dishes like sesame marinated salmon, spicy beef tartare and coconut panna cotta with red fruit coulis and mango purée.
