Inside, the dining room is an elegant space with plenty of clean lines and is decorated in whites, beiges and reds offering a classic yet modern feel. An interesting extra are the tables whose surfaces display paintings by Danish artists Inger Birn. As for the food, Negrevergne’s amazing menu is the star of this show, with a seasonal and reinvented French cuisine that never fails to impress. Earthy flavours are preferred by this magnificent chef with dishes such as terrine of chicken livers, pressed oxtail with foie gras, rabbit jelly and monkfish cheeks with caramelised endives being just some of the marvellous creations featured on the menu.
