Sister team Dina and Maria Nikolaou are at the helm of this popular restaurant housed in a beautiful 17th century building close to Saint Sulpice square. The dining room is a classic space featuring exposed beamed ceilings and old stone walls and certainly gets you in the right mood for some classic Greek cuisine. Head Chef Dina Nikolaou has created an exciting Greek menu which takes inspiration from all over Greece, including many specialties from the island of Crete. Worth mentioning are the leg of lamb stuffed with Kasseri cheese, the feta cheese polenta and the dried figs stuffed with goat’s cheese topped with mulled Samos wine syrup. Elegant and friendly, Evi Evane has gained a good reputation in Paris as being one of the focal points for good quality Greek cooking.
