Chai 33 is a large and contemporary restaurant, lounge bar and wine bar situated in Bercy Village in the 12th arrondissement of Paris, where wine is the star of the show in every way. This cool and contemporary establishment is set out over 1350 m2 of space, transformed into a restaurant, lounge bar, wine cellar, terrace and VIP areas. The design is avant garde and spectacular and the two patios boast stunning views over Saint Emilion and Bercy Park. Wine lovers will be in seventh heaven at Chai 33, where the wine cellar boasts over 300 varieties and each table is provided with a “wine key” to the cellar where you can select your very own bottle yourself. The sommelier is of course on hand to assist and the wine tasting sessions are more than helpful. As for the menu, an Asian inspired international cuisine is featured with tasty dishes such as crispy chicken salad with liquorice and fresh coriander or tempura of goat’s cheese followed by Charolais grilled sirloin steak with gratin dauphinois or Thai fish and shrimp curry with flavoured rice. Chai 33 is a fabulous establishment offering the finest wines, great food and funky house music in Paris’ Bercy Village.
