A charming and traditional French brasserie, the Brasserie Le Boudoir restaurant is a new addition to Paris’ restaurant scene. Opened by husband and wife partnership Alice and Olivier Bardet Loize, Brasserie Le Boudoir offers all of the characteristics of a chic yet informal Parisian brasserie. The façade is painted a deep red and during the warmer months the large French doors to the front are kept open meaning those seated next to them almost dine al fresco. Brasserie Le Boudoir will particularly appeal to tobacco lovers; there is a special smoker’s room, a private area decorated in a kind of English gentleman’s club style. A large variety of cigars and cigarettes are available along with some fine spirits and wines. The restaurant area is privy to some delicious French brasserie cuisine with dishes such as terrine of duck foie gras or veal chops with fresh chanterelle mushrooms. Another added benefit is the valet parking offered by the restaurant, a luxurious extra that comes in rather handy as parking is scarce in Paris. Brasserie Le Boudoir is a superb little French restaurant and features some enticing extras that make it that little bit more special.
