Boukhara – Trévise is the second restaurant to be opened by native Uzbeks Andrey and Saidjon after the amazing success of their original restaurant Boukhara in Paris’ 11th. Situated along rue de Trévise in Paris’ 9th arrondissement, Boukhara –Trévise is a warm and welcoming eatery, offering a stylish yet traditional setting complete with various Uzbek adornments and fabrics. Take a journey through central Asia along the silk route and discover the fantastic cuisine of Uzbekistan with dishes such as the famous Uzbek dish known as Plov (rice, lamb, carrots, chickpeas and spices) or Ayran ( a refreshing soup, traditional in central Asia, comprising of fermented milk, cucumber, radish, egg, fresh coriander and anise). There is plenty to choose from and vegetarians are very well catered for. Service is more than attentive and the quality of the food is excellent. It seems that the diners of Paris have fallen in love with the cuisine of Uzbekistan so it would come as no surprise if a third Boukhara was to spring up in the near future.
