The signature dish has to be the Bandeja Paisa (comprising of minced meat, red beans, rice, eggs, avocado and plantain) and the spare ribs coated in Columbian coffees served with fried manioc and fig cream or the guava stuffed plantain are both superb. Bochica brings the cuisine and hospitality of Columbia to the capital of France with flair and finesse, and the quality is outstanding.
