Baxo Lounge Bar and Restaurant, located near the trendy St Martin Canal area in Paris is a contemporary eatery serving a mixture of French classics and international cuisine. Baxo was created through the collaboration of 3 young restaurateurs who are devoted to the combination of good food and great music. The ambience here is modern bohemian with contemporary fittings, exposed beams, bright colours and comfy sofas and there is a small yet attractive terrace for al fresco dining. The menu at Baxo is short yet includes some great dishes with starters such as sesame crusted foie gras with confit onions and mains like duck with peaches or steak tartar. Finish off with a classic tarte tatin or even an ice cream martini. After dinner from Thursday to Sunday some of Paris’ best DJs hit the decks so make a night of it if you wish. The Baxo team will make sure you have a wonderful time in their unique bar restaurant, so good you’ll be sure to come back.
