Baboto is a modern, fashionable restaurant, bar and tea room located in a historical building along the rue de la Ferroniere in Paris’ 1st arrondissement. This super stylish designer establishment sits in splendid contrast to its setting, a magnificent Parisian building dating back to 1669, perched along the street where it is believed that Henry IV was killed. Under the direction of Daniel Alauze, Baboto is a cool and contemporary establishment which evolves from restaurant to tea room and then back to a restaurant and cool cocktail bar for the evenings. The vibe is informal and relaxing at Baboto, and the terrace is a great place to dine al fresco during the summer. Enjoy lunch, afternoon tea or an evening meal or just chill out over a few cocktails and listen to the sounds of pop, rock and Latino at this vibrant Parisian eatery. The menu is a celebration of Modern European cuisine with a large selection of pastas, tapas and salads. The Parillada of fish from Andalucia is a big highlight as is the grilled Camargue beef.
