Aux Saveurs d’Alice is a charming French restaurant situated in the calm and tranquil area of Lake Enghien, in Enghien les Bains, just outside of Paris’ city centre. Enghien les Bains is just north of Paris, and is one of the city’s wealthy suburbs, boasting the only casino in the city as well as the beautiful lake. The interior is a cosy venue with lots of low wooden beamed ceilings and original wooden flooring. The tables are well spaced and everyone who comes here is made to feel at home. The menu concentrates on French cuisine, but combines flavours from the world over to add a little je ne sais quoi to the proceedings- Roquefort snails, tian tuna with red grana padano, eventail magret of duck with caramelised mango and honey and gratinated fruit sabayon are just some of the fantastic offerings.
