At the helm of the Agapé kitchen is hot young chef Bertrand Grébaut whose award winning menu uses only the every finest ingredients available to produce dishes such as Chalosse foie gras with an aromatic bouillon or marinated Crystal Bay prawns with avocado for starters followed by scallops from Brest and young pigeon with rhubarb.
